We have been retained by our Global Telecom and IT MNC(Fortune 160 Company) to hire SFDC Developer - Associate Lead at their Bangalore ODC.

Title : SFDC Developer - Associate Lead

Qualification : BE/B. Tech/ MCA

Experience : 6-8 Years

Number of Position : Multiple

Joining Time : Around 30 Days

Location : Bangalore

Must Have Skills :

- Salesforce Development,

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Apex Programming,

- SalesForce CPQ

Job Description :

- Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting SalesForce (CPQ) applications for large corporations.

- Able to handle a team of 4-5 developers while taking ownership for delivery

- Self-starter, can-do attitude is a must in a fast-moving business and technical environment.

- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, moderation and conflict resolution skills

- Accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; making clear, specific commitments to deliver results

- Partner in Agile/SAFe methodologies to help prioritize work and guide team to design, develop, unit test, integrate and post-production support of developed software solutions.

- Be willing to take on Vlocity Certifications and motivate team members for the same.

Desired Skills : Knowledge on Lightning Web Components framework would be an added advantage.
