Responsibilities :

- Communicate effectively with customers, including expectations for callbacks and follow-up on their issues.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Required:

- One or more Salesforce.com certifications (ADM-201, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, DEV-401)

- Customer relationship management (CRM) application experience (e.g. Salesforce, Siebel, Eloqua, Marketo) as well as integration tools (Pervasive, Informatica, Boomi)

- Apex development skills including triggers, web services and Visual Force integration

- VisualForce development

- Salesforce integration skills including with third-party ERP systems

- Strong development skills and an ability to deliver customer driven solutions

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- College degree

Preferred :

- Two+ years of development experience with Java, .Net, JSP/ASP

- One or more salesforce.com certifications (ADM-201, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, DEV-401)

- BA in Computer Science or related field

Lead SFCC Developer - Demandware Solutions (6-8 yrs) (HR India Solutions)

Job Requirements :

- 6 to 8 year's experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (Demandware) solutions.


- Own platform governance activities ensuring safe use of commerce cloud resources like reviewing/ mitigating/ resolving of error logs & performance issues, etc.


- Business logic and integration services. Estimate development tasks during discovery, scoping, planning and development stages.

- Communicate technical dependencies, blocks and risks to project stakeholders and management. Perform unit testing of business logic and behaviour to confirm proper implementation and quality execution.

- Collaborate with senior engineers and project leads on technical decisions. Follow project level design decisions and conventions.

- Design, code, unit test, and code review iterative improvements to platform. Demandware Script, Commerce Cloud APIs.

- Skilled with HTML, CSS and responsive web development.

- Skilled with JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, AJAX

- Experience in ecommerce implementation on Demandware platform, MVC Pattern, Eclipse.

- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, deep understanding of the deployment considerations specific to SaaS-based cloud server.

- Good knowledge on all Business Manager features.

- Individual should be able to work on at least 3 third party backend integrations like Address/shipping/tax validation, Payment authorization, CRM, OMS.

- Demonstrated consistent excellence in applying this competency across multiple projects and/or organizations.

- Collaborate cross functional team to determine best path for Salesforce platform implementation.

- Stay in tune with latest Salesforce technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s).

- Understand the ins and outs of complex technology environments and know how to optimize solutions for efficiency and simplicity.

- Certifications in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

- Experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in B2C eCommerce, ERP, CRM, or similar.

Educational Background : BE / B Tech / MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent degree in related discipline.
