Job Summary :

Responsibilities and Duties :

Delivery Management (~70% of the time)

- Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

- Be the thought leader and add niche dimensions to the solutions in terms of usability, scalability, quality, and maintainability

- Monitor weekly assignments, schedules, and timecards. Ensure utilization targets of all resources in your team are met.

- Manage back-ups or alternative resources - on-demand basis, during PTOs or during unexpected events

- Ensure optimal utilization of resources

- Design and drive programs to target optimum billability for reaching SL100 milestone

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud)
