Required Skills and Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field

2. Experience of working with Confluence

3. Experience in technical writing tools such as FrameMaker, WordPress, etc.

4. 4-8 years of industry experience as an effective technical writer

5. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics

6. Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences

7. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

8. Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
