1. Project Management :

- Understand and comply with the defined and agreed Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Scrum and CMMI standards of the organization

- Develops Project Charter and other Project Management related documents. Ensures that the project documents are delivered and accepted by Business Sponsor.

- Oversee the completion of project tasks and monitor adherence to defined project management standards, under the direction of a Project Manager II, or Project Director.

- Establishes and maintains appropriate and timely written communications with all project stakeholders through effective use of project information reports, team meeting notes, etc.

- Identifies projects risks and acknowledges when certain strategies are not effective and implements change of plans. Communicate with the project team the issues that are related to all aspects of the project that may affect schedules.

- Creates and implements project plan and execution and discusses this with the Project Manager II/ Technical Team Lead / Business Sponsor.

- Carries out constant project evaluation and adjustment within a specific period of time to ensure that both internal and external factors do not suffer.

- Keep abreast of information on current PM Methodologies, Tools & Techniques,Regulations and Market Demands.

- Enforce quality procedures and guidelines across the Software Development Life Cycle.

- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the QA procedures and guidelines.

- Reviews test results and makes recommendations.

- Responsible for automation of testing of custom built Salesforce applications along with data migration and integrations to and from Salesforce using tools such as Selenium, provar, etc.

- Design, create, document, maintain and execute test cases based on requirements

- Work closely with cross functional teams to resolve issues

Experience and expectations:

- 2 - 8 years of overall testing experience that includes Salesforce testing.

- Good working knowledge of Java

- 2+ years of experience with automating Salesforce functional testing is mandatory

- Experience with performance testing automation using tools such as load runner or JMeter.

- Building Test cases using provar tool or equivalent for Salesforce projects is desirable.

- Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, processes and best practices.

- Should be able to quickly understand technical specifications and provide QA time estimates.

- Analyze test results to discover and report out on defects

- Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of CRM and ERP systems for a growing company

- Significant project management experience in managing budgetary resources, technological resources and suppliers.

- Experience leading a small, focused team in an environment with multiple demands and a lean structure.

- Experience in continuously interacting, participating and soliciting input from a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

- Experience working with business departments in the selection, deployment and on-going support of IS systems.

- Knowledge of IS and cloud computing practices and procedures, including the tools used to implement.

- Successful track record of managing effective relationships with technology vendors and suppliers.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into plain language.

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to source and implement practical, scalable and efficient business solutions on a timely basis.
