Lead Salesforce Administrator - Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (4-10 yrs) (HireTale)

We are looking for Lead Salesforce Administrators passionate towards defining, implementing and maintaining Salesforce solutions for a top Ed-tech startup. The role demands contribution as a project manager & Salesforce administrator/analyst. Ability to think outside the box and offer workarounds in a high paced environment are the must-have attributes for this job.

Responsibilities :

- Lead development of our Salesforce deployment.

- Provide direction, guidance and recommendations on process, configuration, third-party tools, technology and architectural considerations.

- Manage Salesforce data-feeds, integration, security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
- Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.

- Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.

- Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views and troubleshoot issues.

Eligibility :

- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified

- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred

- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity

- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

- Strong data management abilities

- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion

- Good communication and analytical skills are the basic needs of this role.
