Job Description:

- Design and develop new landing pages in Pardot and integrate prospect generation with Salesforce and websites. Follow COE (Center of Excellence), best practices of development, administration and Deployment. 


- Provide help desk support to users of Pardot and Salesforce. Follow defined practices for documentation.

- Provide functional marketing insight to business core teams to enhance lead generation and with demonstratable models.

- Develop solution for requirement to nurture leads, increase lead generation and increase conversion rates.

- Setup and manage Salesforce & Pardot connectors

- Manage and update Salesforce page layouts & assignment blocks for Pardot Classic and Lightening views

- Create and map fields between Salesforce and Pardot

- Experience of engagement studio in Pardot

- Create prospect scoring models based on Email, SEO, Reporting and Analytics.

- Track performance of all email templates (opens, clicks etc.), forms/landing pages (completion rates etc.)

- Setup reports in Salesforce to view Pardot data (campaigns, attribution etc.)

- Data Migration of prospects and campaign from Salesforce to Pardot

- Enhance, change and modify existing application based on business requirements. Develop Dashboards and reports as per business requirements. Periodically impart training to users

- Support Helpdesk tickets of global users in Pardot and Salesforce.

We are looking for certified ServiceMax Administrator for an MNC organisation.

Job Description :

- Design and develop new applications on Salesforce&ServiceMax Platform. Follow COE (Center of Excellence) best practices of development, administration and Deployment. Provide help desk support to users of ServiceMax. Follow Defined practices for documentation.

- Develop new and enhance Custom objects, visualforce pages, Controllers (standard, Custom & Extension to implement logic of visualforce), Apex triggers Workflows, Validation rules and Triggers.Implement and enhance security, through permission sets, profiles and maintain integrity of data.Work on Process builder for updates on objects.Create logical email alerts and notification.Integrate orgs using REST and SOAP Services.Integrate Applications using Middleware

- Work on Servicemax and Salesforce Customer and Partner Communities. Develop managed packages. Develop dynamic code if required for real time testing. Deploy from sandbox to Production.

- Support Helpdesk tickets of global users in Salesforce and serviceMax.

- Support ServiceMax patch/ release level upgrades, testing and production deployment

Certification &Skills Required : 

- Certified ServiceMax Developer and Administrator.
