PS Operations -Professional Services Organization (PSO), the Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the daily operations of Professional Services using company specific tools, resources, methodologies and policies.
Responsibilities :
- Administer engagement setups in Changepoint based on Statement of Work (SOW)/Purchase Order (PO)/Credit account ID. Submit invoices/redeem credits in Changepoint based on timesheet and milestone completion forms. Bookings and Debooking process for projects created for time entry.
- Closure of projects Process vendor / resource expenses. Validate and Manage errors relating to Bill To/Ship To details in Oracle & Changepoint. Create, validate and manage purchase requisitions (PR) for subcontracting partners. Administer PSO credit accounts
- Address queries from various team including field, sales, AR relating to projects created in system. Be a part of forecasting calls to understand the deals in pipeline with the cross functional teams in AMER /APJ/EMEA. Closure of Opportunity in Salesforce.
Requirements : Educational Requirement - Graduate. Characteristics/Values: Team player.
- Effective Communication with Stakeholders across the Globe. Positive attitude. Dependable and flexible to work in time zones supporting Americas, APJ & EMEA ops.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Eye for detail. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with peers and upper management. Self-starter, willing and able to take initiatives. Ability to roll-out process improvements.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SFDC, Oracle 11i & Changepoint.
- Desirable field of experience : Understanding of PMO and project administration, billing or customer support processes.
- Functional knowledge of PSA, SFDC or Oracle ERP systems. Ability to take decisions during peak processing periods & work quarter-end schedule.
