Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (7-10 yrs) (Axim Technologies)

Job Requirements:

- Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate requirements workshops, documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting and data requirements

- Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems; act as in-house Salesforce subject matter expert for solution design

- Facilitate process engineering from inception to completion

- Participate as a member of the CRM Level 2 Support group proactively monitoring and responding to tickets/incidents

- Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and deploy solutions

- Stay current with Salesforce new releases, recommend best practices, leverage the applicable updates

- Other duties may be assigned

Candidate's Profile:

- At least 8 years of proven experience developing Salesforce applications using the latest front-end technologies including jQuery, Bootstrap, Aura Components, CSS3, HTML5, Lightning Web Components

- At least 3 years of proven experience developing on Salesforce Cloud Craze (B2B)

- Solid understanding of Salesforce object architecture and comfortable creating new objects and solutions that are elegant, scalable, and visually appealing

- Experience in utilizing REST, SOAP API calls, building and consuming custom web services on the Salesforce Platform

- Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPAs) using JS Controllers, JavaScript MVC Patterns, and Visualforce

- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Development best practices and tools including, but not limited to: Jenkins, Git, Docker, ANT, SalesforceDX, Auto Rabbit, etc.

- Ability to articulate to stakeholders the value of recommended approaches and solutions

- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework

- Experience in Agile Scrum delivery framework preferred

- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
