Job Responsibilities :
- Design business solutions on the Marketing Cloud platform based on business needs along with prior experience in implementing full-cycle projects on SF Marketing Cloud.
- Good knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities including AMPscript, Content builder, SQL, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, landing pages and Journey Builder.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration capabilities and ability to automate using out of the box features e.g. process builders, flows, workflows as well as Lightning and Lightning Component experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices, coding standards and governor limits.
- Proactively identify and implement operational and technical improvements and enhancements that drive sales productivity and improve customer experience.
- Assist in the creation of new campaigns, including data configuration, email distributions, audience creation and utilization of capabilities in the platform.
Required Skills :
- 3 to7 years of experience in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce certified with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SFMC implementations.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Email Specialist Certification.
- Demonstrable experience in email/customer marketing, CRM, analytics or equivalent.
- Basic Salesforce administrative functions including process builder, triggers and workflow knowledge.
- Prior experience implementing full-cycle projects in SF Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with responsive website design and various forms of online marketing, including mobile, social, content, email, etc.
