Essential Skill :
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology)
- Minimum 3+ years of overall IT experience and 2+ years of hands on experience in developing and delivering solutions on Salesforce Force.com platform including apex, triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce and Integration with external systems etc.,
- Possess extensive knowledge and expertise with Salesforce and in the use of project management methodologies, tools, resource management practices, change management and project reporting.
- A self-starter able to work effectively with limited supervision.
- Deep understanding of CRM practices.
- Ability to build and lead Salesforce team.
- Ability to work with functional teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle independent of the delivery methodology chosen.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Agile development practices a plus.
Desirable Skill :
- Good knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practice around design and development.
- Experience in Implementing SFDC Sales & Service Cloud.
- Ability to define the scope of the project in collaboration with Onsite point of contact.
- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML,, CSS and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Aptitude for taking on technical challenges.
- Exhibit an aptitude and track record of being able to influence others without formal authority.
- Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
Role Description :
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform leveraging design patterns (standards & solution specific).
- Mentor and train new hires on Force.com platform and build teams.
- Work on business development and Pre - sales during bids and pursuits and ability to understand the business requirements and issues to come up with demos and winning solutions which help customers to meet their business objectives.
- Conform to Software Development Life Cycle processes and Force.com configuration best practices during implementation.
- Communicate with other resources and with clients regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
- Engage the client and participate in process flow analysis and design.
- Demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to deliver solutions on the Force.com platform that comply with the best practices.
- Provide the design and estimation for the requirement with defined process and quality.
