Job Description :
- As a member on the Salesforce Solutions Team, you will use agile methodologies to plan, coordinate, and lead customer engagements that result in automated tests and input to product development teams. As a critical thinker with a natural curiosity to learn different business processes, you will use your skills to extract user scenarios from conversations and data and then translate your findings into test plans which you will automate.
- A successful team member should have a strong quality mindset and will be responsible for QA life cycle which primarily includes creation of Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases/Script & Defect lifecycle management
What You'll Do :
- Design and delivers automation framework for products with a quality mindset.
- Participate in regular scrum meetings, planning and story pointing sessions, design and Defect Triaging
- Define End to End Test Cases in SFDC including cross-system integrations.
- Define Automated Test Plans, Regression Test Suites including UI, back end, Salesforce components & Integrations using Web and API automation.
- Execute Testing with complex org setup, varied data shapes Organize and drive cross-product testing
- Works closely with Product Specialists and UX to ensure their features are delivered to meet business and quality requirements
- Define and report daily and weekly status reports & QA Metrics
What You'll Need :
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any equivalent and 3+ Years of experience in QA & SFDC platform
- In depth knowledge of Salesforce Administration is mandatory.
- Good hands-on testing experience with the Salesforce Lightning UI and navigation
- Good knowledge of Reports, page layouts, and customizations
- Working knowledge of Standard and Custom Objects and Tabs
- Working knowledge of triggers, workflows, validation rules, configuration and Apex data loader
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, procedures & testing techniques.
- Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment
- Proficient with agile SDLC management tools (JIRA)
- In-depth knowledge of salesforce capabilities and constrains with good understanding
- Experience in implementing at least one large scale salesforce.com project is a plus
- Ability to work in a global cross-functional environment
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications
