Problem Statement :
SMARTe's InfoGenie is a discovery platform for B2B Marketing & Sales, enabling users to pick few thousand records from a data source of 100M+ profiles is the driving force of the product.
Infogenie is available in various interfaces such as web app, salesforce app, google chrome app and a mobile app. We are predominantly a B2B product firm now expanding in to B2C space with new offerings, serving the enterprise and growth phase clientele from USA & Europe.

Role & Responsibilities :
- Be a crucial part of product management team, brainstorm on upcoming features, design great user experiences and own the complete UI/visual design of the product.
- Independently design and deliver user flows, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes as per product roadmap.
- Work closely with developers to implement your solutions, discuss with engineering on how the latest technologies can help in creating a better product design.
What are we looking for?
- Designer with the product focus and ability to be a thought-partner to business heads. Passionate about problem solving with user experience design.
- 2+ years of translating product vision into features that led to the creation of high-quality user experience and engagement.
- Background in Visual Design, either informal training and/or qualifications along with a strong online portfolio demonstrating your work.
- Experience in working with complex information and interactions (e.g. forms, data, workflows). You have a strong understanding of interactive design fundamentals.
- Proficient in Design/Prototyping tools like Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin etc.
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS, experience in Front End Development is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills in English. A self-starter, highly motivated with ability to work independently with little supervision.
