Associate Director - Salesforce Development (10-14 yrs) (Hexaconcepts)

Position : Associate Director - Salesforce Development

Experience : 10yr+

Location : Bangalore / Kochi (looking for candidates in Bangalore or Kochi only)

Joining : Immediate to 30 days (if joining >30 days, resume will not be considered)

Domain : Healthcare Analytics / Patient Analytics / Pharma Analytics

Responsibilities :

a) Provide day-to-day support maintenance & configuration support on both day-to-day small taskings and larger development efforts

b) Design, develop and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules and custom workflows, etc.

c) Continuous collaboration on functional and technical designs with various stakeholders

d) Team lead for periodic larger development efforts, including offshore resources

Qualifications :

a) Minimum 5 years of experience functioning as a Salesforce developer for an Enterprise edition or higher

b) Must have 4+ Salesforce Certifications including (Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2 or higher,other Application Architect path specializations)

c) Detailed knowledge of Salesforce architecture

d) Proficient in-Service Cloud, Health Cloud

e) Experience writing SOQL and SOSL queries

f) Familiarity with integrating APIs, APEX Classes, Lightning, Components, Triggers, Workflows,Validations, and Visualforce pages including HTML, Java Script, ExtJS and JQuery

g) Experience with Salesforce deployment process, including, unit tests and code coverage requirements

h) Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building, integrations with Salesforce

i) Experience with integrating Salesforce with other platforms, and services

j) Detailed knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles and Roles

k) Bachelors degree required

l) At least one year of prior remote work experience preferred
