Job Purpose/ Description :
- We are looking for a couple of strong, dynamic Salesforce Software Development Engineers with experience ranging from 1 to 6 years, to drive software design, development, code review/optimization, develop custom SFDC lightning components, testing, training/support in the delivery of a quality product, designed for user acceptance and adoption.
- The candidate would be the quality champion and drive all quality initiatives for the CRM Sales Cloud platform for the financial and non-financial business domain.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Design : Understand overall business functionalities, ecosystem and able to create, modify systems design, services architecture, integration with 3rd party applications.
Development :
- Develop custom workflows, Data entities, plugins, custom entities and Script to fulfil system requirements
- Developing custom Lightning components using the Aura framework.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and other lines of business systems using API integrations.
- Maintain different Salesforce CRM environments, deploying solutions from Dev to Test to Production.
- Ensure system security and integrity - Maintain security and sharing rules, Map/reassign records and grant/remove user licenses when warranted.
- Troubleshoot with debugging skills; Perform Impact analysis, configuration and customization accordingly.
Testing :
- Design and develop automation framework for functional and performance testing.
- Execute testing which includes 3rd party integration and 3rd party software applications.
- Execute Testing with complex org setup, varied data shapes
- Organize and drive cross-product testing
- Advocate for customer enhancements
- Monitor product and/or feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc)
- Reviewing and analysing system specifications
- Documenting Test Cases and Defects Summary
- Competent in executing test cases and passionate about quality
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Qualifications :
- Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA
- Developer with 1 to 6 years of SFDC experience in designing, developing and testing.
- Developer with 1 to 6 years of Java, .NET experience including web services (API) development and testing.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in building Salesforce integrations and 3rd-party applications and APIs with the Salesforce platform
- 1-6 years of experience using Apex, Batches, Classes & Controllers. Strong knowledge of Aura framework, Salesforce APIs - UI technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
- Good knowledge of SOQL & SOSL Query language
- Experience with data migration in and out of SFDC for objects
- Experience doing customization with APEX
- Experience of working with SFDC (salesforce.com) sandbox and production environments
- Working knowledge in the creation of Reports, Dash Boards, Workflow & Approvals.
- Creation of Roles, profiles, custom rules, validation rules, custom objects and fields.
- Experienced in Integration Testing, Progression Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke testing
- Experience on Financial Services domain
- Experience on how to Create Test Data based on requirements/Test Scenarios.
- Experience in QA methodology with Agile frameworks
- Knowledge of QA Best Practices
