Required Skills
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce development including Apex Classes & Triggers, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
- Knowledge of version control systems and DevOps
- Knowledge of various software development methodologies
- Experience in integrations of Salesforce with enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate those into technological requirements
- Ability to manage and growing a team of developers
- Strong presentation ability, communication skills, and business ethics
Desired Skills :
- Experience working with MDM solutions
- Experience working as a member of a consulting firm
- Work/certifications with Salesforce growth technologies like CPQ, FSL, or Mulesoft is a plus
Required Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant
- Platform Developer 1
- Platform Developer 2
- All certifications must be current, or the new employees must agree to earn all required certifications within their first 6 months of employment
