Job Description :

1. Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, VisualForce, application integration and data migration

2. Design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com

3. Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing, and deployment

4. Should be able to work with clients to implement projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops, and delivers key components of technology solution

5. Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members

Job Requirements/Qualifications :

1. 3-5 years of experience into Salesforce Customization (Core development experience).Should have development experience with Visual Force, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch jobs, SFDC Integration, Java-script & standard SFDC components.

2. Strong hands-on experience in SFDC Configuration and Force (dot) com customization.

3. Advanced understanding of the Salesforce (dot) com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality.

4. Experience in Integrations between SFDC and any other systems.

5. Strong in Integrations, web services, SOAP, REST, XML and workflow.

6. Hands-on experience into lighting components

7. B.Tech/B.E or equivalent
