Responsibilities :
- Write appropriate documentation to communicate solution key points for other tech leaders, management and stakeholders.
- Perform technology selections, create prototypes, execute proofs of concept and perform technology evaluations.
- Design and implement scalable and performant solutions as an individual and with a team.
- Contribute to UI/UX design and implement a solution that provides an intuitive and innovative user experience.
- Embed product monitoring and logging. Review system behavior and make recommendations for cost and performance improvements.
- Work closely with other tech team members and create collaborative solutions.
- Perform design and code reviews.
- Design and develop features for our AWS based SaaS product.
- Design and develop integrations with complementary third-party systems.
- Design and implement unit and functional testing.
- Share knowledge and learning with the team and contribute to system architecture design decisions.
Essential Requirements :
- Proven understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with Cloud-based application development.
- Required expertise in Java, MySQL/RDS.
- Salesforce Application Development experience essential.
- Proficient in one or more front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, or Vue)
- Strong experience architecting and consuming APIs.
- Working knowledge of continuous integration, deployment and operations concepts (CI/CD)
- Able to partner with QA on test strategy, test planning, test execution and building automated testing frameworks.
- Strong appreciation for data collection and analytics.
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
- Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive.

- Passion for creating efficient, scalable, highly usable web interfaces.
- Code contributions to opensource projects.
- Experience working with Redshift, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and cloud-based reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Domo)
