THE POSITION :
- Business Rules/Workflow Developer will be responsible for the effective delivery of Decisions based workflows and dynamic forms supported by the Decisions rules engine
- Additionally, this role will be responsible to mentor and support the front-end development team members.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- In this role you will be designing and coding in the - Decisions- Business Rules Management System.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with decision management tools Decisions- or alternatively Blaze, Capstone, Strata etc .
- Proficient in design and coding business rules in - Decisions- or alternatively in other BRMS systems like InRule, Agiloft Custom Workflow/BPM, Red Hat Decision Manager, Progress Corticon BRE, IBM Operational Decision Manager, FICO Blaze Advisor, CA Aion, Visual Rules BRM, SAS Business Rules Manager, ACTICO Platform,
- Interpret and implement business requirements in - Decisions-
- Facilitate interactions with technology teams as required.
- Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Decision engine applications
- The person should be capable of understanding and working with an ecosystem of multiple system integration points, viz. Decisions System Integrations: JIRA, Bitbucket, Web Services, ETL, MS CRM, Salesforce
- Business Rules/Workflow Developer will be responsible for designing, technical documentation, development, testing workflows and business rules using the decisions platform.
- Familiarity with no code/low code BRE and workflow tools, Decisions is required.
- Familiarity with REST and Web Services is required.
- Responsible for validating and understanding the business and technical requirements and collaborating with the project team to design and build the system according to the technical specifications.
Required qualifications :
- Excellent technical leadership experience, excellent communication skills,
- dedication to the successful delivery within tight timelines, and
- ability to work with an onshore remote delivery team by leveraging both traditional project management methodologies and understanding of the technologies to be used.
- Workflow Management and Business Rules experience is must.
- Analytical Thinking,
- Excellent Communication (Oral/Written)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 8+ years direct experience in all aspects of Development
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task
- Excellent technical leadership experience, excellent communication skills
- Dedication to the successful delivery within tight timelines
- Ability to work with an onshore remote delivery team by leveraging both traditional project management methodologies and understanding of the technologies to be used.
