Performance Engineer - JMeter/LoadRunner (8-12 yrs) (Recruise)

Responsiblities

- Responsible for the overall performance and scalability of our software systems

- Design, script, configure and execute performance tests

- Identify and analyze potential performance issues throughout the entire software stack

- Diagnose, track and manage performance issues to resolution

- Participate and represent performance and scaling needs in feature design with architects, developers, usability specialists, user interface designers, and product managers

- Lead other team members on process, tools and technology

- Evaluate current performance processes, looking for opportunity to improve and drive efficiencies.

Required Skills :

- Solid understanding of Salesforce administration and profiling Apex code

- Experience accessing databases (i.e., SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) via SQL and/or SOQL, SOSL

- Solid understanding of Microservices and Web Application Protocols

- Experience working with Cloud computing services and frameworks, AWS preferred

- Experience in application development/scripting in one or more of the following: Java, Groovy, PowerShell

- Experience with profiling tools, load testing tools, web proxy tools (i.e., Neoload, Loadrunner, JMeter, Fiddler, etc.)

- Ability to think analytically

- Ability to clearly articulate results and findings to others

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Self-starter with the ability to deliver on time with quality and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Ability to mentor other team members

Preferred Skills :

- Scrum/Agile Product development expose

- Experience with AWS services
