Job Responsibilities :
- Executing and delivering Core Order Management work (New Vendor Purchase Order [VPO] Completion and Amendments to existing VPOs) with accuracy
- Update VPO and Release to Vendor within pre-defined SLA
- Ensuring adherence to process and calling out exceptions and escalate in a timely manner
- Maintaining high levels of Accuracy in the work executed
- Meet pre-defined timelines in the turnaround of allocated tasks
- Handle Brand communications and other Internal Email Communication as necessary
- Ensuring all assigned E-Learnings & Training are completed as per schedule
- Actively participating in Internal meetings and workshops
- Updating Daily work list & tracklog
Desired Skills/Experience :
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication skills
- Good knowledge of Computer Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Average to above Average Data Management and Analytical skills
- High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Should be self-motivated, self-driven, and time-bound
- Flexible to adapt to Changes and Business requirements
- 0.6 to 1.6 years of experience in IT/data entry, preferably in Order Management and Data Analytics
- Previous experience of using SAP, SalesForce would be an added advantage
- Graduate from a recognized establishment in any discipline.
