Required Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce and related technologies

- Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture, integration background and Salesforce coding standards

- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience.

- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.

- Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.

- Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.

- Experience in designing Custom Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Work Flows, and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates, and Email generation according to application requirements

- Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.

Key responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform

- Develop on-demand Salesforce.com applications, leveraging Apex Classes, Triggers, VisualForce Pages, Aura, Lightning etc.

- Play a technical role in evaluating new CRM technologies and develop plans for their implementation into Salesforce.com orgs

- Provide on-going technical support for existing custom Apex code being used on the Force.com platform

- Train other development resources on Salesforce.com development best practices

- Leverage any past experience with .NET, Java, web services, and SQL to build or maintain existing non-Salesforce.com custom applications or build future integration points between Salesforce.com and other applications.
