Job Description :
1. In-depth knowledge of overall Force.com ecosystem and solution components including Salesforce.com/ Salesforce1/ Force.com platform & AppExchange apps
2. Customer facing skills to drive large multi-country complex engagements on CRM platforms (preferably on Salesforce.com)
3. Ability to understand the business requirements, preparing cost sheet, resource loading, detailed project plan etc.
4. Conforming to Software Development Life Cycle processes.
5. Must have worked in at least 3 Salesforce.com CRM implementation projects as a Project Manager.
6. Certifications: Must be Salesforce.com Admin Certified. Having Salesforce.com Sales Cloud or Service cloud certified consultant and PMP/Scrum Master Certified is a bigplus.
7. Possesses ability to use effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and group size.
8. Support and engage with the development-test team during the build stage in a fast paced agile environment.
9. Closely partners with customers to assess feasibility,complexity, and scope of new capabilities and solutions.
10. Ensures that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives, Sales, Marketing, IT strategies, and design intent.
11. Proven project leadership skills with the ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize tasks.
12. Ability to evaluate risks and define approaches for managing project risks.
13. Ability to manage expectations with business and ITstakeholders in terms of deadlines and scope.
14. Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
15. Strong Communications Skills with ability to work with clients and cross functional teams.
