Principle Analyst/Business/Salesforce Consultant - Visual Force/Apex (4-5 yrs) (Recruitment Firm)

Job Description for SFDC Consultant :

- Work with the lead/PM, responsible for customizing, developing and supporting solutions on force.com platform

- Develop high quality and scalable application logic with Apex development

- Experience in developing Lightning Web Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning

- Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework

- Expertise in design, development, data migration, testing and troubleshooting.

- Participate in effort estimation for new/change requests

- Prepare training materials and conduct KT to support team and key business users.

- Able to interact with business stakeholders and help translate business requirements into technical and design solution

Qualifications :

Essential Knowledge :

- 4+ years of Force.com experience in Visualforce and Apex development

- Experience in handling customers or end users, understand well what end users need, and not what developers prefer. Customer oriented.

- Having good sense of Navigations. Sensitive to design that customer prefer, ease of use of a page or a functionality.

- Experience in implementing HTML5+, Ajax, Javascripts in VisualForce pages

- Good troubleshooting skills, familiar with proxy servers, IE, Firefox, Chrome browser settings, including plugin like firebug or equivalent network or request monitoring tools.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and APIs

- Knowledge on enterprise solutions including CRM, Sales, Service, High Tech

Industry(preferred) :

- Working Experience with SOA Integrations.

- Good understanding of Salesforce application security, integration, performance and quality requirements

- Thorough understanding of SFDC governor limits and best practice guidelines

- Good knowledge with software development lifecycle practices and methodologies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in source code control using SVN and Tortoise

- Experience in writing codes that handles high transactions and heavy data load processing with optimum performance, at least 100,000 records in single object.

- Experience in building complex UIs in VisualForce Pages that requires heavy scripting and reusable components

- Experience in developing Lightning Web Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning

- Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework
