Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work on Initiatives to deliver product features and fixes in a scalable cloud environment based on Heroku.

- Contribute to design discussions.

- Collaborate with the team to build upon and improve the product.

- Troubleshoot

- Peer Review the work done by others in the team.

- Participate in all phases of the software development cycle as part of a Scrum team.

- Support existing production code and improve performance and customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Experience in building a scalable and reliable system solution

- Demonstrable experience with Modular Development with TDD/BDD

- Continuous Integration with GitHub, CircleCI

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Good to have experience with BI/AI, AWS, Salesforce

- 4+ years building high performance applications running in the cloud.

- 5+ years of experience developing server-side applications.

- Improving performance, scalability, and reliability of systems

Technical Expertise with :

- Ruby on Rails

- PostgreSQL

- TDD/BDD

- Heroku

- In-memory database

- Queuing mechanism

- Server-side templating languages such as HAML

- Server-side CSS pre processors such as SASS
