Technical Lead/Senior Technical Lead - Salesforce Software Implementation (7-12 yrs) (Upcruit Business Services)

Job Profile :

- Estimate requests for software implementation, make appropriate management decisions about the deadlines and the necessary resources.

- Conduct the development of the program code, its quality evaluation, formalization and algorithms of the given tasks in accordance with the technical specification or other regulations used in the company.

- Develop solutions and algorithms according to technical specifications or other requirements documentation; use standard algorithms in the applicable cases.

- Write a program code according to the defined application architecture.

- Be responsible for the results of work in a sprint.

Requirement :

- 4+ years of Solution Designing and Architecture professional experience using Salesforce Technologies.

- 5+ years of core Programming experience on Salesforce.

- Expert in designing and developing applications using LWC, VisualForce Pages, SDFX, Apex classes, Triggers, SOQL, Chatter.

- 4+ years of experience in configuration of salesforce.com (workflows, validation rules, approval process, custom formulas, page layout, record types).

- 4+ years of experience on Salesforce out of the box solutions like Page layouts, workflows, Approvals, Reports, Dashboard.

- Experience with developing salesforce applications using SDFX, knowledge of Git, CI-CD pipelines, clean coding principles.
