SalesForce Platform Developer - IIT/NIT/BITS (3-6 yrs) (HuQuo)

Responsibilities :

- Communicate effectively with customers, including expectations for callbacks and follow-up on their issues.

- Handle technical issues of different complexity and help other members of the team.

- Collaborate with other support teams, Engineering and other internal departments to help resolve critical issues.

- Cross train on multiple technologies to effectively build and support product/technology portfolio.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose & resolve customer issues independently, making use of the resources available to you.

- Keep all the ongoing cases documented and up to date in the case management system.

- Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service orientated Cervello image amongst internal and external customers.

- Works in adherence to defined processes and procedures implemented in the organization

- Maintain and continually upgrade technical understanding of products and technologies.

- Build and maintain solid working relationships with the members of the team.

- Write and/or edit knowledge articles for every issue resolved.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Design & implement new applications on Force.com

- Work with team members and directly with Salesforce.com and Force.com customers to understand needs, provide technical options, design, develop,& implement solutions.

- Design & implement solutions with Apex and Visual Force.

- Analyze data, create field mappings and execute data migrations

- Assists in the evaluation of new Salesforce.com functionality and App Exchange tools for feasibility and impact to the business.

- Proactively identify and mitigate production risks. 


Required Skills/Experience :


- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field of study.

- Salesforce.com Certified Developer is required, Certified Advanced Developer is preferred.

- 3+ years- experience in developing technology solutions with Apex or Visual Force

- Strong customer facing and communication skills.

- Experience and understanding of Agile Project Methodologies

- Good written and Verbal Communication skills.

- Experienced in handling data migration and Code deployment.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs.

- Experience developing and deploying custom end user systems. Ability to provide guidance on implementation best practices.

- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills and ability to think through problemscreatively.

- Experience working both with onshore and offshore development teams

- Experience working within a dynamic team environment and independently.
