Winvest Technology - Business Analyst - Salesforce Service Cloud (7-15 yrs) (Winvest Technology Consultancy Pvt ltd.)

We've an urgent requirement for SFSC Consultant/ BA with below skills.

This resource needs to :

- Discuss with client to understand and document their business process and requirements from the different countries (10 countries)

- Discuss with client to understand how their current legacy system is working

- Suggest how to standardized their process among the different countries and agree with the client on the baseline vs country specific features.

- Assess the feasibility using Salesforce Service cloud and Field Service, and agree on high level solution with the Client

- Liaise with our Salesforce Consultant/Architect/PM to confirm solution and related effort.

- Even better if this resource can also support the following activities, otherwise we will keep them on our side:

- Support writing Solution document

- Review and confirm the Salesforce solution with the client
