Job description :

As a service cloud consultant, your work will be focused around :

- Salesforce service domain and expect at least 5 years of experience in salesforce service.

 -Must have Field Service Lightning experience and specifically around lightening scheduler.

 -Work order and Case management part of service module

- Must have worked on salesforce community solution.

- You will partner with Sr. Solution architect and business analysts to complete configuration requirements.

- Address incidents and enhancements for business.

- Work with Solution architects and business managers to deploy approved changes to higher environments.

Job description :

As a Salesforce Developer, your work will be focused around :

- Visualforce pages and apex development Must have Salesforce development experience of at least 5 years.

- Must have experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce Page, Lightning Component - Specially around SF Community.

- Must have followed best practices of development and be able to understand concepts in service domain.

- Worked on salesforce community solution.

- Has experience in LWC development.

- Preferred Salesforce Certified Developer or Advanced Developer.

- Knowledge of platform events, consuming MuleSoft APIs in apex codes to trigger custom events is a plus.
