Data Analyst - Project Management (5-10 yrs) (Praxis Consultants)

The Data Analyst will be responsible for the accuracy of the data in our Salesforce CRM platform. You will be accountable for managing cleanliness of data, ensuring account and contract information is kept up to date using third party tools, analyzing the health of the business through reporting and dashboards, and making recommendations on the appropriate adjustments to improve our CRM System.

The individual in this role will be responsible for:

- Provide Salesforce system upkeep and management

- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs related to data quality

- Identify areas of improvement to achieve data quality. Develop process improvements to audit and enhance overall data quality

- Develop and execute data cleanup measures

- Develop customized reports and dashboards. This may include maintaining documentation on processes and policies

- Help to resolve tickets submitted by Sales and Customer Success Team

- Work with Finance to review and reconcile our historical data ensuring our CRM and Financial reporting tools are aligned

- Additional duties as assigned by senior management

Qualifications and Skills :

- Ability to work independently, as well as a part of a team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong attention to detail

- Technologically Savvy; willingness to learn new tools

- Proficient in MS Excel including advanced analytic functions such as vlookup, named ranges, pivot tables, formulas, etc.

- Prior experience working in Salesforce building out reports & dashboards and ensure data integrity

- Experience with Zoominfo and Ringlead is preferred but not required

- Strong project and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects

- Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve

- Highly organized and self-motivated to meet deadlines
