Job Description:

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Minimum 8 years of experience on implementing Salesforce and Salesforce commerce applications (SFCC).

- Salesforce development experience in Flows, Process Builders, Workflows, Apex, triggers, Visual Force pages etc.

- Experience with enterprise integration tools like Dell Boomi, middleware technologies, and application and data integration patterns including ESB, MOM, JMS, SOAP/REST web services, databases

- Familiarity with Boomi Elements like API, Master Data Hub(MDH), EDI, FLOW and other visual-based integration middleware platforms

- Should be proficient in Boomi Connector Webservice (REST, SOAP), SFTP, database

- Integration experience with SAP, S4/HANA will be an added advantage

- Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs - Force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API STRONGLY PREFERRED

- Strong knowledge of domain comprising of CRM, eCommerce

Experience in any of the following areas:

- Cloud craze and Demandware (Salesforce Commerce)

- Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations

- Performing business analysis for IT projects

- Agile development experience

- OCAPI and SFRA experience will be plus

- Salesforce Solution Architect certification will be a plus

- Scripting/development experience with Java, J2EE, JavaScript

- Strong written, verbal communication and articulation skills & Good team player

- Self-starter and self-learner with keen interest to grow

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Implements Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) to meet expected quality standards.

- Participates in Agile sprints and design, develop, test and implement changes as defined by business requirements.

- Implement proofs of concept to prove any new technologies or integration scenarios and identify customizations needed to SFCC platform for meeting client requirements.

- Integrate commerce cloud with 3rd party/backend systems leveraging link cartridge/OCAPI/custom services while ensuring scalability, performance and coding guidelines.

- Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases in a timely manner.

- Help team/client with Business Manager configuration and administration.

- Build reusable cartridge/components.

- Implement build and release management using CI/CD strategies, unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality.

- Lead discussions with internal business partners to identify needs and translate business requirements into detail functional specifications and technical solutions.
