Apex IT is a boutique consulting firm, but we have the product knowledge, enterprise customer-base and experience of larger firms. There are currently about 110 full-time consultants in our team, of which 50+ consultants are based in Bangalore. As a boutique firm, we have very close relationships with product vendors such as Oracle and Salesforce.com and can provide better relationships with customers, which is one of our #1 goals.

Based on products and best practices from Oracle and Salesforce, our experts provide a full range of enterprise solutions including CRM and related applications. Our project approach is results-driven, and our attitude is people-focused.

We use much smaller teams and our consultants wear a few hats. Someone who:

- Has rich product and business process knowledge

- Is willing to get hands on with the product

- Is an agile thinker

- Is detailed oriented and diligent task manager

- Has excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple IT tasks /activities and prioritize appropriately

Job Description:

- Use the EPM Cloud framework to further add additional configurations and personalization into the sales planning application

- Customize navigation flows, dashboards, and infolets.

- Use tasks and approvals to manage the quota planning process.

- Use Groovy rules to customize even further for enhanced calculation and business rules.

- Integrate Sales Planning Cloud to push quota targets to incentive compensation or bring in actual attainment.

Required Skills/Experience:

- At least 1 or 2 end to end implementation experience of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS) / Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) / Sales Planning cloud services (OSPC)

- Knowledge of calculation scripts and Groovy & EPM Scripts is a must.

- Ability to work independently

Nice to have:

- Hyperion / financial planning experience
