Director - Salesforce Architecture - Lightning Design System (10-15 yrs) (K & R Enterprises)

The Business Applications Salesforce Architect is a senior technical professional with strong business acumen.The role will build and foster relationships between company's Product Portfolio organization, and the back office teams to deliver solutions that support company's ability to deliver new Products and Offerings. The role requires a combination of technical capabilities, strong leadership attributes, project management and communication skills.

Job requirements:

- Leading the overall design of cross-functional, multi-platform product solutions; Web based application systems and Integrations

- Partnering with leadership on the future state technology architectural strategy and roadmap, while contributing with innovative new solutions.

- Providing architectures (pattern based) for new features/functions in the company's product suite. These architectures/designs are documented in a standard fashion.

- Leading efforts with programming and product groups within the company to ensure that solutions are technically sound, performance efficient and fit the SaaS model.

- Mentoring and assisting developers with standards, best practices and as they migrate to new technologies.

- Be responsible for identifying issues, analysis and reporting, planning and development, configuration, and training of end users to ensure standardized best practices and data integrity

- Sets and implements policies and procedures related to application quality standards and testing.

- Understand and provide recommendations for improvement of Business Processes by leveraging existing IT capabilities, identifying improvements to existing IT capabilities and define new strategic IT capabilities

- Stay abreast of business of business strategy, goals, objectives and operational performance

- Be a Thought Partner, i.e. engaged with Business Owners/Business Process Development

- Act as the point of contact and facilitate the work request demand and prioritization process

- Educate business partners on roles, responsibilities, processes and deliverables required to ensure effective delivery of new technology solutions

- Responsible for escalating, assisting and follow-through on resolution of issues related to delivery of technology solutions

- Engage and ensure effective delivery of business deliverables and tasks with business partners for delivery of technology solutions (development of business requirements, scope management, training business change management and deployment)

- Interacts directly with the client and support team members across the IT organization

Requirements:

- 10 + plus years of development experience in implementing Salesforce CRM(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), Salesforce Lightning, frontend and backend technologies.

- Experience with JSON, XML RESTful services, API integrations.

- Strong in JavaScript and its frameworks like JQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS

- Experience in Billing platforms such as Recurly or Zoura

- Experience in Lead generation tools and marketing automation tools similar to HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot

- Strong experience back office applications such as Docusign, Accounting (Netsuite), product /pricing catalog, order management, contract management, financial and HR systems

- Must have hands on Experience on Java and API based on Integration

- Extensive experience developing Salesforce Lightning, Apex classes, Apex triggers, VisualForce pages and controllers,JavaScript, JQuery, web services leveraging the Salesforce API in REST and SOAP

- Full life-cycle Salesforce implementation with strong expertise Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing automation, Force.com, CPQ solutions

- Experience in architecture and managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions

- Versioning tools like JIRA, GIT

- Experience designing and implementing SaaS based applications such as Salesforce.com, Recurly and other cloud platforms highly preferred

- Expertise in SaaS cloud technologies, including Salesforce and NetSuite as well as middleware API integration

- Comprehensive expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, technical documentation and business process re-engineering

- Strong business acumen and trusted partner setting IT priorities aligned to business strategies

- Strong communication skills, including executive level presence; experience in both enterprise and start-up environments with a focus on customer experience, operational maturity and compliance without compromising speed and agility

- Experience in business intelligence, data analytics and reporting

- Full life-cycle Salesforce implementation with strong expertise Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing automation, Force.com, CPQ solutions

- Experience in architecture and managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions
