We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sr. Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. You will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.
Responsibilities :
1. Build products with massive scale potential.
2. Develop mobile applications for Android OS using Kotlin(Major) / Java
3. Build Android applications based on wireframes provided by UI/UX designers
4. Make sure APIs are connected seamlessly from back-end to the Android application
5. Write clean, readable, highly maintainable code
6. Proactively suggest product improvements and ways to test them
7. A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
2. At least 4 Android apps launched on Google Play Store in the portfolio
3. Proficiency in Kotlin / Java and OOP
4. Understanding of Android SDK (UI frameworks, design patterns, geolocation services, etc.)
5. Exceptional ability to test and debug on a wide array of Android devices
6. Experience with Architecture Components, Android Design Library, Data Binding Library, MVVM, MVP.
7. Strong Computer Science fundamentals: algorithms and data structures, memory management, concurrency
8. Mobile and web UI/UX experience, passion for stunning Material Design interfaces
9. Knowledge of SOLID principles
10. Knowledge of interactive application development paradigms, memory management, network & socket programming, concurrency, and multi-threading
11. Hands on knowledge of Android Jetpack Components
12. Unit Test code for robustness, including edge case, usability and general reliability
13. Continuously discover evaluate and implement new technology to maximize development efficiency
14. Experience with Dagger and RX JAVA
15. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
16. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
