Salesforce Administrator - Technical Support (3-12 yrs) (Live Connections)

- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service Consultant

- Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals etc.

- Salesforce Customization - Apex, Triggers, Lightning (Good to Have)

- Should be good in database technologies, with knowledge of Salesforce SOQL and ability to write queries.

- Able to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification.

- Should have experience in salesforce Reporting and Dashboard.

- Good knowledge on Salesforce Import Wizard, Data Loader.

- Basic knowledge on Salesforce Einstein Analytics.

- Should be able to work on SFDC configurations, customization.

- Effectively troubleshoot and properly document customer's support issues.

- Adherence to processes and defined service levels in respective service areas.

- Resolution of incidents/problems for the client.

- Providing support to Salesforce users in all groups to resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications.

- Work and communicate with clients on the status and issue seamlessly

- Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning UI & Data Loader.

- Good Knowledge in understanding the functional side of the salesforce client application.

- Customer-facing experience & Good general IT skills.

- Experience of working in a Support environment.

- Implementing technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations;

- Understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications that meet client business needs;

- Developing and analyzing corporate compliance programs;

- Understanding program construction, monitoring and auditing, emphasizing the management of internal risk assessments and investigators

For Senior Associate

- Candidate is expected to be able to help our client with answering queries, resolving issues, incidents and providing best practice where required.

- The candidate will also work on requests for changes and enhancements.

- The candidate will be expected to have a good knowledge and hands on experience of Salesforce Administration & Customization

- Senior Associate who has experience in SFDC Support Development.
