Salesforce Practice Lead (10-20 yrs) (Sampoorna Computer People)

Salesforce Practice Lead:

The Salesforce practice lead will be responsible for developing practice around customer and enterprise experience solutions. The practice lead will manage aspects around practice strategy, delivery, operations and presales.

Key expectations from the Role are:

- Build and develop Salesforce Experience practice with special focus on SFDC inline with market demand

- Meet revenue targets

- Collaborate with various verticals / business unit sales teams to help define workable Go to Market (GTM) focus

- Practice capability development, including managing practice resources, pyramid and attrition

- Will be responsible for building high performance teams

Qualifications:

- Should have led large SFDC practice with hands on experience on 2 or more SFDC Clouds

- Experience in managing practice with Revenue and Delivery KPIs

- Demonstrable experience in consulting related to Salesforce implementations and adoption with global clients

- Demonstrated experience in planning for resource intake and grooming internal talent based on the business pipeline

- Effectively guide and mentor the practice resources to drive them towards being relevant to Experience technologies and market needs

- Support delivery teams on various projects to ensure Delivery Excellence

- Thorough understanding of new areas like LWF, CI/CD in Salesforce, vertical clouds in SFDC. Should have built reusable assets/tools/utilities for the practice

- Should have contributed to the pursuit process for business in new accounts as well as existing accounts in terms of preparation of proposals, pre-sales presentations, etc

- Co-ordinate and leverage relationships with leading platforms and product vendors like Pega, SAP, SNOW etc to assimilate product expertise

- Should be conversant with the onsite/offshore model and should be willing to travel for short stints at short notice

- Good oral and written communication skills
