What can you expect?
- Salesforce technical Lead who is having minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience with knowledge on Salesforce Architecture, Best practices and very good hands on LWC, Lightning design systems, Lightning Aura components, Apex and salesforce configuration etc.
- Act as the primary point of contact to Perform Code Review, Code Optimization, optimize performance on APEX
- Able troubleshoot complex issues with debugging skills to Perform Impact analysis
- Should have implemented devops tools (Bit bucket/Jenkins, copado etc.) in one of his projects
- Should be able to gather customer requirements and architect the overall process with design principles
- Should have good interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and should possesses proactive attitude and a good team player
- Proficient on Service cloud architecture & implementation
Proficient in design/solution the integration architecture (middleware/salesforce REST/SOAP API) to integrate service cloud with other backend systems.
- Can design and solution end to end service cloud solution for global organization
-Possess Salesforce FSL knowledge
- Integrate mechanism to process cases from multiple channels like SMS, website, portal, etc.
- Can design and solution service cloud features based on the requirements - case assignment rules, escalation rules, entitlements, Omni channel features
- Design & solution complex routing algorithm based on the business needs
- Proficient in implementing Service Consoles, Live Agent, Knowledge article, Communities, Chabot etc.
- Mentor team and get the build done through team and ensure the quality of the end to end product delivered

What you need to have :
- Minimum 8-10 years of IT development experience with minimum 6+ years in salesforce service cloud
- BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
- Must Have Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning, Customizations & Integration, design / solution complex and global systems
- Good to have - Sales cloud and any other cloud knowledge
- Team management experience
