Job Description :
- Lead in designing, specifying and implementing customer specific Salesforce solution, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
- Provide solution architecture development, consultancy and assurance to projects, making sure Salesforce applications are well designed and conform to customer standards and architectures.
- Support and guide the architecture of Salesforce solutions being developed and implemented until the successful deployment of the solution.
- Ensure proactive and inclusive engagement of stakeholders in IT including data, infrastructure and security architects.
- Focus on Total Cost of Ownership in solution design.
- Follow Salesforce technology developments in the market and leverage this knowledge in architecting solutions and ensuring the solutions are - future-proof- .
- Pro-actively contribute to the development of the Salesforce Architecture community and be an ambassador for Architecture.
- Participate in governance processes, e.g., assurance review and signoff, and share all relevant needed documentation.
- Participate as required at the Architecture Review Board and relevant IT Leadership Teams.
- Contribute in the organization in exploiting technology currently available is market space and use knowledge of IT solutions to drive organizational change and support business process design.
- Liaison with IT Managers for Estimated cost and prepare business cases for IT solutions.
- Work with Application architects, Data architects and infrastructure architects for Reusable strategic product solution, data security and governance and infrastructure, licenses, development and support respectively.
- Work with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to develop high level project design, contribute in schedule resource plans for implementation projects.
- Work with Salesforce COE and Enterprise Architecture teams in defining standards and org architecture, maintaining and reviewing org health and org architecture.
- Ability to participate in lead design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and IT stakeholders
- Creative, out of the box thinker, who uses his technical experience to design solution on Salesforce platform that creates real business benefit
- Implementation Project Team members are supported and receive clear directions on function and design of information systems.
- Project experience and learning is shared effectively to have a culture of learning and sharing of best practices in the organization.
- A minimum of 10+ years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, techno-functional consultant, architect for a major consultancy or system integrator.
- Understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy & value delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of with working with senior level business stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Results oriented with ability to produce products that deliver organizational benefit
- Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.
- Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions

- Ability to develop solution architecture designs
- Experience of developing Services Orientated Architectures (SOA)& Micro Services.
- Experience in Functional Mapping of Business Processes and Product features.
- Experience in Middleware architecture and integration architecture.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or the equivalent.
- Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary architecture and design teams for architecting digital solutions.
- Strong background in integration architecture & implementation of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
- Articulate benefits of digital architectures and their benefits by drawing comparisons against the current state architecture.
- Comfortable with designing SOAP, RESTful APIs.
- Strong expertise in all Salesforce SAAS solutions and Lightning Platform
- Experience in building applications using APEX, Lightning components, Triggers, AppExchange products
- Knowledge of Web Development (Ajax, JavaScript, SOAP, HTTP, CSS Bootstrap)
- Excellent Salesforce.com declarative configuration skills
- Data migration between SFDC environments using relevant tools and mechanisms
