Senior Salesforce FinancialForce Developer - Configuration & Customization (4-7 yrs) (Marktine)

- Overall 4-7 Years- experience range

- 2 to 3 years- experience in Force.com, Visual force and the Apex programming language (Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications preferred)

- 2-3 years- experience in Salesforce.com configuration & customization including and not limited to workflows, data validations & triggers

- Minimum 6 months experience in - Domain level/ GOOD Implementation experience over FinancialForce Accounting, Revenue Recognition and Professional Services Automation

Preferred Skills:

- Experience designing and building product features in SFDC platform.

- Experience designing, building, and enhancing features on FinancialForce platform on Accounting, PSA and Revenue Management.

- Demonstrated understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API

- Proficient understanding of lightning component development.

- Experienced in writing and debugging Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Integration, Visual force and Force.com API

- Experience using the Force.com data loader and handling data migration assignments. Proficiency in Java, SOAP, REST services.

- Experience creating API's or calling API's & hands on extensive Apex programming

- Experience in using the Admin features of salesforce for data security & controls

- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment

- Passion for measuring and improving code

- Highly motivated and organized

- Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

- Effective technical writing and diagramming skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation for implementation in systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Financial Force, Marketing Cloud and other integrated systems.

- Independently design & develop technical solutions to various business use cases (user stories)

- Establish effective working relationships directly with cross functional teams and stake holders

- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, reports and dashboards

- Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflow rules

- Develop lightning components and integrate the components in the application.

- End to End Development Activities

- Drive resolution of all issues that come up during phase.

- Provide ongoing code-level maintenance and support.

- Provide input to various scrum ceremonies like Sprint Grooming, planning, retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
