Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Salesforce Testing (3-5 yrs) (Podium Systems Pvt Ltd)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Responsible for Salesforce QA life cycle which primarily includes creation of Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases/Script & Defect lifecycle management.

- Exposure on Salesforce Technologies

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce test execution activities.

- Determine the best way to create a process that can enable one to test a particular product in the best possible manner.

- Assist with the collection of data and technical information

- Highly proficient in designing test suites and in execution of test cases and procedures

- Relate to the requirements of the user, putting himself in the shoes of the user to unveil many real-life scenarios that need to be addressed for the application to perform its ordained task.

- Coordinate and interact efficiently with project/development teams during planning phase to provide subject matter expertise

- Designing the testing scenarios for usability testing

- Adept in using associated test data to design and develop test procedures and cases

- Participate in test-procedure walk-through

- Analyzing the testing results and submitting the report to the development team

- Creating test designs, processes, cases and test-product documentation

- Conducting testing as per the set standards and procedures

- Ensure that the testing is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures

- Skilled in facilitating UAT with excellent interpersonal skills

- Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing automation.

- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time and priorities effectively.

Experience - 3 to 5 years
