Experience : Relevant 4+ Years sfdc
Shift : Morning 5:00 AM till 2:00 PM (Australian Shift)
- Application developments and Minor enhancements build on Salesforce Application
- Product and Feature Evaluation and Fitments,
- Service Support of application built on Salesforce platform
- User and Security Support on Salesforce Platform
- Integration Management between Salesforce and Boundary application limited to the platform capability
- Assist in creation and modification of reports and Dashboards as necessary
- Configuration Change & Release Support
- Coordination with Salesforce and Product vendors for incident resolution
- Support Regulatory/ Compliance audits and related activities
- Service Management, Execution and Reporting
- Environment Management
- Salesforce Platform related POCs and Enhancements as directed by Quote to Cash Project Team
- Salesforce products - Sales and Service
