Looking for someone who has good exposure of Salesforce, Service cloud & Social Studio.
- Exposure to develop, design & deploy online reputation management system for the organization.
- Will have to engage with business units to understand their needs, match it with organization needs and accordingly design & deliver the solution.
- Well versed with technologies like leading social listening tools like Social Studio, Service Cloud, Web Crawlers, audio/ video listening tools, etc.
- Will be responsible to manage the entire technical setup up of Social listening and social marketing.
- Need experience in One full lifecycle implementation in design and development / maintenance of Online Reputation Management Platform.
- Understanding and exposure of integration various Omni Channel and social interaction into Online Reputation Management Platform / Tools.
