Job Requirements :
- Had implemented 2-3 Sales oriented applications in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or FSC Cloud - Classic and/or Lightning experience)
- Strong understanding of lead generation & conversion process, opportunity management & conversion, as well as person account concept
- Advanced OOTB business process automation using Lightning Flow, process builder, and workflow; Apex based automation (Apex triggers).
- Configure and build Inbound and outbound web service integration between Salesforce and back-office system(s) using REST API through ESB gateway.
- Hands-on experience configuration OAuth based authorization (OAuth 2.0 or JWT flow).
- Experience configuring SSO between Salesforce and other systems where Salesforce is a service provider and the other system is an identity provider.
- Experience integrating the AppExchange Apps with Salesforce, such as Zoom, Email system/Outlook, and CTI Telephony.
- Familiarity with Lightning Community Cloud and configuration of click to chat & chat routing using skill-based or queue-based are plus.
- Knows/prior experience in DevOps tools (BitBucket, SourceTree, Ant Migration Tools, and Jenkins) and process.
