Job Requirements :
- Has in depth knowledge and understanding of CRM business processes like Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Order Management, and Account Management.
- Experience creating and maintaining standard objects like accounts, contacts, opportunities, cases, user profiles, roles, permissions, products, price books, cases, leads, campaigns, upgrade installations, etc.
- Experience in Salesforce Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Validation rules, Tasks, Triggers, and actions.
- Creation of content templates.
- Creation of custom landing, approval, etc. pages.
- Creation of workflow rules and related tasks, time triggered tasks, email alerts, auto field updates
- Creation of pick lists, dependent pick lists, lookups, master detail relationships, validation of formula fields for custom objects
- Experience in participating in daily scrum meetings
- Experience with unit testing for customizations, development, and deployment to QA to prod
- Experience in Agile Methodology
- Understand different levels of security in multiple Salesforce instances.
- History of developing and maintaining standard and custom reports and dashboards
- Experience in creating bucketing and formula fields
- Strong interpersonal, listening, organizational time management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage details and execute effective follow-through in a highly dynamic environment.

Nice to have :
- Working knowledge of other Salesforce cloud applications e.g. Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Community Cloud
- Working with internal staff and production team to plan and execute development cycles
- Experience writing/creating user documentation
- Experience with creating and deploying knowledge management articles
- Experience coordinating and communicating with the business to understand the business and structure and resolving issues
- Direct interactions with users to provide access/training/support
- Validating and Monitoring Defects using various defect-tracking tools
