What You Will do :

- Provide technical operational support assistance for front-line support reps and vendors using our Salesforce App.

- Perform proof of concepts and document custom configuration solutions for vendors using our integrations including Salesforce.

- Create custom-coded managed packages and apps for distribution to our clients.

- Administer test, demo, and development instances of Salesforce.

- Develop, test, and maintain applications in an Apex, Lighting, and Classic Salesforce environment.

- Troubleshoot and support our current code base of Salesforce managed packages.

- Write detailed Test Cases for CIT testing and execute the code to make sure it's of the desired quality.

What You Will Need :

- with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.

- 1-2 years of experience

- Salesforce administration experience providing support to Salesforce end users in sales and marketing organizations.

- Salesforce development experience working with Visualforce, Custom UIs, APEX, Web services, REST APIs, and managed packages.

- Knowledge of salesforce.com features & limitations (Process-builders, Workflows, validation rules, translation workbench).
