1. Job role : Salesforce Technical Architect - CC Core

Skills and Experience :

1. 7 - 10 years of experience in CRM solutions with 4+ years of experience in Salesforce

2. Experienced in sales cloud and service cloud implementations and integrations

3. Ability to understand financial products, business processes from sales to service perspective

4. Hands-on experience in Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development experience

5. Web Services development or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/Bulk, etc.)

6. Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems

7. Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

8. Strong experience with DevOps

9. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor

10. Active Salesforce certifications (Application and System Architect strongly preferred)

Responsibilities :

1. Develop effort estimates for proposed functional requirements to be implemented

2. Lead POC development activities across domains

3. Design complex custom integration and migration solutions, understanding challenges and goals

4. Contributions to assets and POC development

5. Support partnership drive

6. Coordinate and consolidate customer references
