Lead Manager - Salesforce Release Management (3-8 yrs) (Morpheus Human Consulting Private Limited)

A Leading company which helps use technology to transform energy into new opportunities, it is a global company with strong roots in the energy field and an open strategy geared towards digitization, sustainability and innovation, this company requires a Salesforce Release Management Lead or Manager and the responsibilities include

Job Responsibilities -

- Manage Sales/Service/Marketing/CPQ application and Force projects on the SFDC platform

- Define release readiness criteria and ensure all changes meet criteria prior to deployment

- Work with developers to properly resolve merge conflicts, deployment errors and meet code coverage criteria

- Be accountable for DevOps delivery

- Set up, monitor and maintain all Salesforce. com sandboxes, including creating and synchronizing sandbox metadata and appropriate data sets

- Complete release management process

- Ensure platform performance and quality for both the above projects

- Enhance the two projects for their next phases

- Implement platform customizations

- Submit status reports and be on calls as required

- Write up appropriate documentation when required

- Assist in design and implementation of other SFDC projects

- Mentor release team

Key Skills:

- Excellent communication skills and proficient on work ethics

- Salesforce certifications preferred

- Technical degree preferred

Mandatory:

- Proven experience with release management tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Source Tree, Capado, Flosum or GIT

- Should have worked on Salesforce DX

- Minimum 3-4 years of Salesforce release management experience or Salesforce DevOps experience

- Candidate should have Salesforce technical experience too

Industry: Energy industry experience preferred

Experience: 7+ years of experience working on Salesforce.com application

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days

- Shift Timings: Rotational shift between afternoon shift 2:00pm to 10:30pm and night - 10:00pm to 6:30am

- Minimum working hours - 8.5 hours (On call support availability on weekends and outside work hours is required)

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA with Undergraduate Degree in Engineering, Math or Science

- CTC: For Managers not more than 30-32L and for leads not more than 20-25L

- Notice Period: 60 and 90 days- notice period will not be accepted.
