Sales Cloud Technical Architect will work as a SME on Sales Performance Management Platform, Salesforce Sales Cloud systems, data and integrations. This role will be Business facing and as part of the engagement will work hand in hand with the Sales and Marketing Business solution architect and development team to understand the requirements and create technical solutions for them.

Responsibilities :

- Own tasks from leading technical requirements gathering and architecture sessions with Business and project teams through design, development, testing and deployment.

- Advanced understanding of SFDC automation technology including SFDC ecosystem, data models, common integrations and third-party technology solutions

- Analyses technical requirements and translates them into implementable SW designs and configurations. Evaluates possibilities with different technologies and platforms

- Should collaborate with Business solution architect on functional and technical design specifications while providing subject matter expertise to the Business and developers throughout the engagement

- Analyzes ideas and demands for technology and architectural fit and provides technical estimates that can be used by program owner for cost / benefit analysis. Codes, develops, builds, modifies, configures and proposes detailed technical solutions utilizing existing or new technologies.

- Responsible in prototyping, pilots and PoC's.

- Should have hands-on experience as this role requires significant technical experience and abilities with SPM platform, Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud and related cloud technologies

Follows agile and/or PM practices :

- Takes care of solution integration and provisioning

- Designs and implements system security

- Connects and automates data sources, along with building visualizations

- Proactively follows the digital market technologies and trends and innovations

- Provides technical guidance for projects or solution designs

- Develops, builds and deploys solution configurations based on tool knowledge and deep technical and software programming and coding skills

- Tests software and is responsible for the quality of software development and deployment. Performs automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. Handles test planning, risk mitigation and prevention of software issues

- At least 3 years of experience using SPM, CRM, Pre-Sales, Sales and Service Applications. (Specifically, SaaS based)

- Familiar with cloud architecture

Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology /Computer Science or related field.

- 6-9 years- experience in a comparable role.

- Ability to lead technical design team

- Ability to work in Large teams located across the globe in multiple Time zones

- Experience in working with Agile methodology

- Ability to drive, strong influencing skills and lead without formal power and line authority

- Sound methodical skills with attention to detail and process requirements

- Capability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure timely deliveries.

- Comfortable with working with multiple stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment of a global matrix organization with sensitivity and partnering
