Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyse requirements from business team to understand the use cases Work with internal teams (e.g. developers and managers) to identify system requirements

- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to identify the scope of testing

- Estimate, prioritize and plan for testing activities

- Document, maintain and execute test cases

- Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Life cycle.

- Manage defects and conduct defect triage meetings

- Extract data for different test metrics and generate periodic test reports for stakeholders

- Direct interaction with client and lead QA calls

Required Skills :

- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science

- About 3-9 years of experience in salesforce testing

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform and features of Sales and Service cloud applications

- Strong debugging skills to analyse and identify issues related to functionality, integration, and deployment.

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, test management tools and processes

- Experience of working in Agile software development methodology

- Strong understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as a team
