Job Description :
- Salesforce Sales Cloud,CPQ Billing, JIRA Epics, JIRA Sprint,Srevice Cloud, Partner Communities. Salesforce lightning version
- Apex development, Flows, Process Builders, and configurations in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with CPQ billings is a plus
- Review Jira epics and features to provide a technical response and effort estimates for implementation, followed by Implementation and unit testing and bug fixes.
- Follow Jira Sprint process
- Releases from one environment to the next.
- Support agent for SalesForce tickets opened by the business.
- Experience with Partner Communities and Service Cloud is a plus.
